HOW TO COMMISSION ME
Thank you very much for your interest in working with me on a commission. Please keep in mind that by contacting me to commission me, you're confirming that you've read and agree to my Terms of Service so kindly read this carefully as well!
STEP ONE:
READY YOUR REFERENCES
Before contacting me, please prepare your references in any digital format you believe is appropriate (you can send me the references via Google Drive, email, or DMing your references to me directly works just as well!)
Be ready with the following before sending me a message:
- Style you want
- background-color of your choice or please send a color palette if it is needed. (please indicate if you have any special request)
- Email (where I can send the invoice & the finished work/s)
- reference photo or a detailed description
- special or extra note
- for business purpose: X if yes O if no
I'm willing to brainstorm with you if you're not sure what you want and need some help coming up with ideas~
STEP TWO:
GET IN TOUCH WITH ME
Feel free to contact me once you have your references for me!! The best way to do so is through Twitter, where I am usually active, but if you prefer other apps, such as Facebook or Instagram (@cherukiyo) or Discord (cheru#4888), you can do so there as well.
I'll do my best to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of receiving your message; but, if you're waiting longer than that, please contact me again!!
Kindly let me know what you'd want to be called and that you'd like to commission me, as well as a brief description of what you'd like and if you have any rush ordering requests when you message me!
STEP THREE: PAYMENT
I'll send you an invoice for payment once I've accepted your request. Working on your commission will not proceed until you have made complete payment. You have the option of paying the invoice when you receive it or when I reach your position in the line. Please be patient and respectful of my time as well as the time of other clients. I'll keep you informed as your position in the queue progresses and/or when I'll be able to begin working on your commission.
If you cannot pay your invoice within 48 hours of the scheduled start date, I will remove you from my commission list. You may request again, but your spot on the waiting list will not be maintained.
STEP FOUR:
WORKING PERIOD
I would appreciate it if you were available during the term of your commission as a client. I'll contact you throughout the commission's working periods to provide Work-In-Progress updates and ask your input.
If you don't respond within 24 hours, I may work ahead of you in the queue while keeping your project active while I wait for you to respond. This may cause your commission to take longer to finish.
STEP FIVE:
COMPLETING THE COMMISSION
I'll finalize and conclude the commission project with you once you're satisfied with the commission and all of the final touches have been completed. In the email I'll send you, I'll include a Google Drive link with all of the files you've ordered from me, an official receipt, and mockups that you may share on any social media network you wish!
STEP SIX: UPLOADING AND CREDITING
You must properly credit me as part of my Terms of Service. Please remember to mention me in tweets and acknowledge me in any posts regarding our commission.
