TERMS OF SERVICE

Before deciding to commission me, please read these terms of service carefully. You agree to my Terms of Service when you commission me. Terms of Service are subject to change, and if they do so throughout our work, I will make sure to inform you.

GENERAL TERMS

First-come first-serve basis. If you need a commission done by a deadline, let me know through dms/email and I'll let you know if I can get your commission done in time. Rushed commissions are an additional $15/Php450 (no lesser than 4 days)
Clients are requested to bring references and list of ideas that they want already for the commission. However, if you're having trouble deciding and would like me to brainstorm with you, I'll be happy to do so!
References are a MUST. Please provide full description and make sure the reference is clear. will need at least 3 references.
Please explain in a clear and kind manner.
THREE revisions are provided. There will be an additional $5-$10 if you exceed.
I will only draw based on my art style (refer to my sample works). Please do not ask me to imitate other artist's art style.
Commissions are for personal use only. (But if you want to use it for merchandise please let me know so we can discuss the price) My artwork will cost twice as much if it is used for merchandise.
It usually takes a maximum of 1-3 weeks to finish a piece depending on the complexity of the work and my schedule. (may change due to personal issues or schedule)

DISCLAIMERS

You are free to share the commissioned artwork on any website or social media platform as long as you give proper credit. It is prohibited to remove the watermark!

Without my (the artist's) permission, you may not change/alter the commissioned artwork.

I have the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.

I have permission to post the commissioned artwork online or on social media, and in my portfolio.

NO REFUNDS will be given after I begin working on your commission. Please do not commission me if you believe you might need the funds for any reason.
Refund requests may be placed only with good reasoning before I start working on the commission. After I've started working on your commission, however, no refunds will be issued.

RUSH ORDERS, TIME FRAME, AND OFF-SEASON COMMISSIONS

I will make efforts to complete your commission as soon as possible, but please bear with me. I'm a real person with a family, friends, a career, and my own health and well-being to consider. Please keep in mind that I do not work every single moment in life.
If I have other commissions ahead of yours, I'll inform you and give you an estimate of when I'll be able to start it, as well as provide you with updates whenever you move up the queue or when I'll be ready to begin yours.
I will send updates on my own initiative, but if you'd want an update because you haven't heard from me in a while, please contact me at any time and I will respond within 24 hours unless you have received notice otherwise, which you will hear from me personally.
Please do not spam me with requests/updates. Kindly adhere to the timeframes I've set for you.
Tipping or donating does not qualify as payment for a Rush Order. First and foremost, I must discuss and agree on this.
Rush orders will not be accepted unless I am given at least 10 business days (excluding holidays) to fulfill them.
At any given time, I will only accept two Rush Orders.
I will not take on any commissions with a strict timeline/deadline. You are able to indicate a deadline for receiving the completed package for the commission, and I will do my best to accommodate it. Any time spent working on the commission for less than 3 weeks will be treated and invoiced as a Rush Order.
You may still commission me during the off season if my commissions are closed. If I choose to accept your commission during the off-season, be prepared to pay an additional fee. Off-season commissions will be handled in the same way as Rush Orders.

PAYMENT

Once approved, I will send an invoice to your email before you pay

I will only start working on your commission after the full payment is received. (I will only accept half upfront payments from returning clients)

All prices are listed in USD. Licenses for both personal and commercial use are included with every commission. The entire commission is doubled if you want merchandise licensing.

SEMI-REALISM / CARTOONISH

HEAD SHOT : 800 php / 20 usd

HALF BODY : 1,000 php / 40 usd
KNEES UP / FULL BODY : 2,000-3,000 PHP / 100-200 USD

CHIBI STYLE

HEADSHOT : 800 php / 20 usd
HALF BODY : 1,000 php / 40 usd
KNEES UP / FULL BODY : 2,000-3,000 PHP / 100-200 USD
